Cindy Marshall, DNP, APRN, FNP-C has a decade of experience in preventative and chronic care management as a family nurse practitioner, and almost 30 years as a nurse.
She is constantly updating her health protocols to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, as well as finding and treating root causes for illness. She believes in a holistic integrative approach to care, with the patient taking the lead.

How We Can Help
Do I need health insurance to use telehealth?
- No. You can pay a simple flat fee (direct-pay), like paying for groceries.
- Prices are shown before your visit. No surprise bills later.
What technology do I need?
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet.
- You’ll get a text or email with a secure link—tap to join.
- If the video fails, you can switch to a phone call. Use Wi‑Fi when possible to save data.
Is my visit private and safe?
- Yes. The visit uses a secure, medical-grade platform that follows privacy laws (HIPAA).
- Your records are stored in a protected system.
- For extra privacy, take the call in a quiet place and use headphones.
How do lab tests work if the doctor isn’t in the room?
- During your telehealth visit, the provider can send a digital lab order to a nearby location and pay a clear cash price, or you can order directly from the link above.
- You schedule with the lab, walk in with a printed order, and get your blood drawn in minutes.
- Results go back to your provider (or you, if you order directly). Schedule an appointment to review them and plan next steps.
How much will this cost me in total?
- You see the visit price up front (flat fee).
- If you need labs, you’ll pay the cash prices before you go—no hidden fees.
- Any prescriptions are sent to your chosen pharmacy. You can compare cash prices and pick what fits your budget. (i.e.,GoodRx or Singlecare)
Initial Visit
As a new client, our provider spends extra time with you to evaluate your past medical history and your current concerns.
Complete the forms that are sent to you at your earliest convenience so she can review the information before your appointment.
If possible, obtain a blood pressure reading prior to your visit. These are readily available at local pharmacies or even Walmart. A current height and weight will be requested as well.

Medical Management
This is for established patients that routinely follow up for chronic concerns, which includes; discussing bloodwork results, monitoring blood pressure or glucose, or lifestyle changes.

Hormone Replacement
What To Expect:
- Discussion of current concerns/symptoms and expectations from treatment
- Labs (e.g., hormone levels, CBC, lipids, liver function, etc.) are checked at 3-6 month intervals. (additional cost from $100- $400)
- Follow up visits every 3 months: This allows the provider to monitor response, adjust dosage, and assess side effects.
- Interactive "homework" assignments due before each visit! Hormones affect every aspect of life and there is no simple magic trick. Partnership between patient and provider is vital.
